What kind of technical services do you offer?
We are a full service Network Integration, ISP and Managed Security Services provider. We work with all the major hardware vendors and Operating Systems including, Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. We also offer Commercial VoIP service.
How fast will someone be available to work on my problem?
We offer around the clock tech support for our ISP clients and emergency on-site billable support for our contracted clients.

What is "onShore hotWire"?
onShore hotWire is a term we've coined to describe our unique offering of a shared Internet connection for residential and commercial use.
How does onShore hotWire compare with DSL or cable modem?
onShore provides our Internet service over DS3 or T1 connections. Delivery of our service in MDUs is over Ethernet, DSL or Cable modem. The minimum bandwidth delivered to a MDU building is 3Mbps upstream/3Mbps downstream. As your demands for more bandwidth grow we are able to scale our connections to DS3 45Mbps upstream/45Mbps downstream.
DSL — 128k upstream — 1.5Mb downstream (in ideal environments)
Cable — 384k upstream — 3.0Mb downstream (in ideal environments)
Do I need special hardware to implement onShore hotWire?
In buildings where we have installed Ethernet, all you need is a network card and cable, which is included in the install! Buildings which are wired for DSL or Cable modem service you will need a modem.
Can I use my phone at the same time?
Yes. onShore hotWire does not use your phone line in buildings which are using Ethernet or Cable modem service. Buildings which use DSL may require the use of a phone line.
Do you do installs on the weekends or after business hours?
While we provide 24/7 support for our clients, our installations are typically performed during the week.
How fast is onShore hotWire?
On-net speed — 100Mbs (within Ethernet buildings)
Upstream/downstream bandwidth — 3Mbps/3Mbps all the way up to 45Mbps/45Mbps!
How much does your service cost?
The costs might vary slightly from building to building, but the base price in retail buildings is $39.99/month, plus a one-time installation fee of $99.99.
Is onShore hotWire an "always on" type of connection?
Yes. You do not need to dial up to connect to the Internet.

How long will it take to get me up and running?
If onShore is providing Internet service to your building, onShore hotWire is already installed! Therefore it is a simple matter of assigning your PC an IP address and plugging you into an already exiting jack on your wall or providing you with a DSL or Cablemodem! We can even walk you through the configuration over the phone.
