onShore onGuard Connectivity Monitoring provides a 24x7x365 connectivity monitoring service to our clients. Our systems are configured to pro-actively monitor connections and send alerts to our technical solutions team in the event of trouble. onShore currently has the ability to monitor data or voice capabilities on DS-0, DS-1, DS-3, ISDN PRI and BRI circuits. One of the tools we use to monitor up/down status is Big Brother. Big Brother is a Linux based utility application, which we have configured and tweaked to our specific needs.
